The Bio-TUNE Summer School, jointly organized by Bio-TUNE and UGM (Indonesia) aims to educate young scientists in the development of a new generation of multifunctional scaffolds and implants with cell Instructive and antibacterial properties and, more specifically, in the translation of their research into the market.

The Summer School is targeted for Undergraduate, Master and PhD students, young researchers and investigators, young scientist and managers from industrial sectors who, together with researchers and clinicians, will be introduced to “Strategies to Develop a New Generation of Multifunctional Scaffolds and Implants with Cell Instructive and Antibacterial” in the field of tissue engineering, translational research and clinical applications, as well as the transfer of the generated knowledge into the market.

During the course, participants will also be introduced to the research and technology transfer politics at Universitas Gadjah Mada and the richness of Indonesian culture.
