Summer of Conferences

During the months of July and August, several researchers of the Bio-TUNE have attended international conferences and disseminated results of the project to fellow peers.

It has been a busy summer for some of the Bio.TUNE's researchers, in terms of dissemination of results.

PI Pohl Milón and ESR Kahterin Peñaranda and Roberto Alcántara (UPC, Perú) attended the Ribosome Structure & Function Conference (Ribosomes 22), held from the 10th to the 14th July, 2022 on Bourdeaux (France). They offered and Oral Presentation and two Poster Presentations, based on results of the Bio-TUNE Project:

- Alicia Arica, Roberto Alcántara, Pohl Milón, Miguel Quiliano. Identification of Ribosome Inhibitors using Massive Pharmacophore-Based Screening and Cloud Computing. Poster Presentation.

PI and Coordinator of the Bio-TUNE project, Carles Mas-Moruno, attended the 36th European Peptide Symposium & 12th International Peptide Symposium, held in Sitges (Spain) from August 28th to September 2, 2022. Dr. Mas-Moruno presented a Poster with relevant results of the project:
