PhD student Katherine (UPC, Perú) has just arrived to Camerino for a 1-month secondment in UNICAM (Italy), the third part of a series of split secondments carried out by the ESR.

Saifuddin Aziz (UGM, Indonesia), a PhD student under the supervision of Prof. Ika Dewi Ana, has just traveled to BBT-UPC laboratories (Spain) for a five-month secondment in Barcelona under the supervision of Dr. Carles Mas-Moruno and Dr. Anna Díez-Escudero.

Project and Communications Manager Noelia Aparicio (BBT-UPC, Spain) is at Instituto de Nanosistemas (UNSAM, Argentina) for a 1 and a half-month secondment in collaboratin with PI Diego Pallarola and INS-UNSAM PR Responsible -and BioTUNE's secondee- Virginia Zubieta.

Mohd Khairul Akma Bin Darwis (USM, Malaysia), a student under the supervision of Dr. Siti Hawa Ngalim, is in Germany for a 5-month secondment in Max Planck, under the supervision of Dr. Ada Cavalcanti-Adam.

Julie Buisson et al. have just published a paper at Nano Letters (ACS Publications) on a new reverse mechanotransduction pathway by chromatin remodeling that influences the cell adhesion strength from the nucleus to the cell surface.

Yijie Lie, a PhD student from INSERM (France) is in a 1-month secondment at Universitas Gadjah Mada (Indonesia), under the supervision of Prof. Ika Dewi Ana.

Gumilang Almas Pratama (UGM, Indonesia), a PostDoc Fellow at Gadjah Mada University (Indonesia), is at Dr. Philippe and Dr. Engin Vrana's laboratories (INSERM, France) for a three-month secondment in Strasbourg, where he will also be working at Spartha Medical, a spin off company of the Unité UMR1121 research group.
